Submitting Payment Information

1. What is payment information?

Payment information refers to the information  you need to provide for receiving payments for your game from Yodo1. We make payments to individuals and companies, so your payment information should correspond to your personal or company information.

2. How do I submit my payment information?

Visit the Finance Page by navigating to Manage > Finance.

Then, click on Create Profile on the right side of the page:

3. What information do I need to submit for payments?

3.1 Personal/Company Information

Please submit all the required personal/company information, as shown below. 

IMPORTANT! Please select “Individual” or “Company” based on whether you wish to operate your game as an individual or a business. In case you select company, First, Middle, and Last Names need to be that of the contact person at your company.

3.2 Payment Method

You get to choose from four payment methods.

Wire Transfer

A wire transfer is a quick and efficient way of receiving payments. Bear in mind that there is a $26 transaction fee for all wire transfers.

Paypal

Yodo1 can issue your payments via Paypal with ease. This is often a great solution for independent developers. To get your payment via Paypal, complete the required form as shown below.

Check

Checks give you an easy way to receive payments with low transaction fees. However, they usually have a 14 day waiting period. Please complete the required form as shown below to receive payment by check.

Direct Deposit

Direct Deposit is the fastest way to get paid, with the lowest transaction fees. However, please note that most countries do not permit this payment method, so please do your research to confirm that this payment method is viable for you!

2. What is “Extra Text” in the Wire Transfer form?

In some countries or regions, banks may require that you submit extra information for Yodo1 to use so it may pay you. Please submit the additional required information in this section.

3. Can I get paid in my local currency?

Yes. However, this is possible only with some payment methods. We recommend Paypal for the best results.
